Call the police and get a report if applicable, or get a written statement from all involved as well as any witnesses. Take pictures of damage to all vehicles and the accident itself. If not derivable, have your vehicle towed to our body shop.

Am I required to have more than one estimate for my insurance company?
Answer
No, you are NOT required by law to get more than one estimate from any licensed body shop.

Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?

No, an appointment isn't necessary.

What if the insurance company has already written an estimate?
Answer
Present their estimate to the body shop for full review to ensure all damages are addressed. We will address any missed or hidden damages directly with the insurance company on your behalf.

Will my parts be there when I drop my car off for repairs?

Yes, we will pre-order any parts necessary prior to your appointment to help speed along down time.
